Independent Communities are designed to offer a campus style environment typically consisting of studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom rental apartments with full kitchen, cable TV, maintenance, laundry, transportation, housekeeping, and meal plans. Amenities also included are activities and social events. Some facilities have Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC’s) offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing serves allowing the resident to conveniently move to the next level of care as needed.

Residential Care Homes are our licensed to provide care in a smaller more homelike family environment. They are typically located in traditional homes and neighborhoods and provide a more personalized one on one with the maximum of 10 residents, more cost effective then an Assisted Living. Private or semi-private bedroom-style rooms with or without bathrooms and a common area for dining and activities. Staff is specially trained and can help with personal assistance, housekeeping, medicine management and all meals provided.

Respite care, known as short term stay, almost all facilities offer respite care, which was designed to give families a break from daily caregiving, or patients recovering from surgery.. Rates quoted on a daily basis and typically inclusive of all services and amenities.

Independent/Retirement Communities

Assisted Living Communities are licensed to provide a moderate level of care in an apartment or semi-independent lifestyle with basic kitchen, small refrigerator and microwave, meals and snacks are provided. Residents must be able to perform some of the activities of daily living and a LPN nurse is on staff to monitor resident’s healthcare needs. Services vary but many include meal plans, cable TV, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, activities and events. Rates vary from all-inclusive to level of care.

These communities are licensed specializing in dementia and memory loss. Staff are usually specially trained to assist residents with varying degrees of memory loss including activities, behaviors and personal assistance. Communities typically provide a bedroom style rental with common areas for dining and activities. The residents are carefully supervised for the highest level of security. Amenities vary and may include housekeeping, laundry, personal hygiene, transportation and social activities.
